The Final Week in Michigan.

We had a busy week getting stopping at some of our favorite spots. and catching up with friends and family. We had to stop by the farm to get a close up look at some great big tractors, too. Now we are off on our journey back west. Hard to believe our trip is almost over.


 

Cousins in Tie Dye

Our last day of camping at the Conference Grounds the kids all tie dyed t-shirts.  On Saturday they finally got to see their creations and pose in them. 

We had a great week camping at the Conference Grounds in Grand Haven this week.  Lots of swimming, bike riding and running to the candy store several times a day!  Now we are back to Grandpa and Grandma's house to catch up on some sleep.  Hard to believe we've been gone for over 3 weeks already.

Camping Fun

Today we had a fun day at the American Girl Place in Chicago.  The dolls took a trip to the salon and we had a fun lunch with the girls.

Thursday night the kids had fun riding ponies at Teusinks farm...another huge hit!

A favorite daily activity...riding in the wagon behind Grandpa's tractor.

We made a quick stop in Minnesota to see Great Grandma Kamstra's.

We had fun seeing the sites from Laura Ingalls Wilder.

We've been having a great week so far. We had so much fun in Yellowstone and saw lots of wildlife along the way. 4th of July was great, complete with tailgate party along Lake Yellowstone and a parade.

Dad's Day! We decided to take a picnic dinner over to Hovander Park tonight for Father's Day. Everyone had fun running all over, looking at the animals, running through the "tunnels" and riding on the tractors.

Nap Time?

Have you ever wondered what nap time is like around here.  Some days are better than others, today is one of those "others".  After about an hour in their room, I couldn't help but get the camera out as I listened to them giggle instead of sleep!  Finally, about an hour and half after I put them to bed, they were quiet!
