6th graders are busy practicing for the 6th Grade Musical. Should be great!
3rd graders "Chalked the Walk" in Lynden on Friday. The whole grade goes and decorates the sidewalks at a local shopping center as part of the fall festival celebrations.
And the 1st grade took field trips last week to the fire station and library. They got to sit in the fire truck, shine it up and learned some important safety tips. At the library they got to get their own library cards and check out some books after a tour of the library. Never a dull moment around here... that's for sure!

Way to go, super mom! A great photographer busy with her business who also makes it out to enjoy and photograph school activites. Your'e awesome!
What a load of you know what. I feel just terrible for those poor kids. The fire dept.? Really? Is that all we could give those kids was a lousy tour with the smoke eaters? Why did God make Police Officers.........so firemen could have a hero. Next time give the kids a break and have them come see the boys in blue.
