Fun Food!

Gotta love seeing this when your kids realize what's for dinner.

M & M Hugs
1 bag waffle pretzels

1 pkg. M&Ms

1 pkg. Hershey "Hugs"
Place pretzels on baking stone or sheet. Place a Hug on each pretzel and bake at 200 degrees for about 8 minutes. Remove from oven and promptly place a couple of M&Ms on each pretzel, pressing into the melted chocolate. Allow to cool before serving. At room temperature, this takes SEVERAL hours. I snagged this recipe from Becky Higgins (one of my favorite "celebrity" scrapbookers that I love to look to for ideas. This is just a different variety of Mom's bacon and eggs...that's a cute one, too :)
Just a fun recipe I thought I'd pass along. These are great for a treat for school (which is what these are for). I was one of the "judges" for spirit days this year before the Jog-A-Thon and neither Mia or Holly's classes won. I had a bunch of whiney 3rd graders so I promised them a treat anyways (you gotta keep your kids friends happy, right!).
