Mental Note
Always log out of your ITunes account everytime your done! This morning one of my sons was trying to get a song that I (downloaded last night) to play. He was having a hard time getting it to work and called me over to help. Much to my surprise he had somehow gotten to the ITunes store, into Audiobooks, over to Harry Potter Book 6 and clicked purchase. Yeah....all $49.95 of it....18 hours of Hary Potter...were being downloaded. When I realized what he did I quickly paused the download and searched for a way to contact ITunes. I thought you always had to log back in everytime you made a purchase but apparently not. I sent them an e-mail and got an automatic response letting me know I would receive a response within 48 hours. Meanwhile, I'm stressing just a little bit. So, if anyone has any experience with "returning" an ITunes purchase, I'll gladly take it!

Wish I could help...but...I've never done ITunes, I am so sheltered, I will use your experience as a lesson, just in case though, thanks!. =)
I don't have little boys, but I have a big boy who is always buying things from Amazon,etc, etc. He was in a panic the other day cause he accidently ordered a $200 computer part twice. :) He called the company and they couldn't stop the shippment, but told him to refuse the box when it came....but I guess you can't do that with downloads. Hope it all works out!
