Mia chose to go on a little birthday day trip since our Easter plans were on hold for a week so off to Friday Harbor we went.

We found so much cool stuff along the way, including this little guy (actually it was a momma).
and these were her babies.
and more babies.
We found great stuff in the tide pools, too.
and just crawling around on the ground, too.
And for entertainment on the ferry home, Joey just happened to have a box of 600 baseball cards from 1989 in his backpack so we sorted by team. Everyone got a little better at the major league teams and where they were located in 89! Good stuff I tell ya! (Janelle, you would have been proud!)
