It was Mia's birthday yesterday, Easter Sunday! I think it's only happened one other time in her 12 years that it's actually been the same day as Easter.
Her breakfast of choice, Resurrection Buns.
If you haven't tried these before, they're a great Easter morning treat. You wrap your Crescent Roll around a marshmallow and after baking them, when you look inside, the marshmallow is gone, reminding us of Jesus resurrection on Easter morning. And this is my "Easter" photo of the crew. After church they quickly got out of their "Sunday best" and were ready to head out on our little excursion. More on that later!
